Paul Trout, CEO

Paul has been in the services industry for twenty years, having worked or consulted for firms specializing in legal, consulting, accounting, information systems, financial, public relations, marketing, advertising, publishing and education and training services.
Paul received an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BA in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California at San Diego. He lives in Chicago, Illinois.
Peter Wigren, CIO

Peter Wigren is the CIO of Shift Worldwide and has 15 years of expertise in IT strategy and implementation.
Combining his uncanny ability to identify digital trends with his extensive business experience, Peter defines the term "Digital Strategist". At Shift Worldwide, Peter is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the firm’s current and future digital offerings.
Prior to joining Shift Worldwide, Peter founded and ran an IT company specializing in software development and services for the marketing industry. He was also a Principal at a Chicago-based IT consulting firm, where he serviced a range of big clients such as Accenture, FDIC, Allstate, and Omnicom.
Having grown up, worked and lived part of his adult life in Europe, Peter has a natural understanding of international business, and a clear perspective on today’s increasingly diversified U.S. workforce.
Peter received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from Uppsala University of Sweden, and also studied at Illinois State University, Illinois. He currently lives in Chicago, Illinois.
Christina Pacella, Client Service Director

Christina Pacella is Shift Worldwide’s Client Service Director. Prior to joining Shift Worldwide, Christina worked in the litigation consulting arena for seven years.
She has served clients on-site on many trials including a national pharmaceutical class action suit. Working closely with attorneys and paralegal clients has given Christina a firm grasp of both the legal process and how to best serve clients in a high-stakes environment. Christina’s aptitude and ability to manage the unexpected in a diplomatic and positive way has earned her praise and high marks for years.
Christina also has experience in multimedia projects, having worked as an Associate Producer at The Creative Package in Royal Oak, MI. She helped to produce television shows, live events and corporate videos including the Michelin exhibit for the International North American Auto Show in Detroit.
Christina graduated with a BS in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Central Michigan University. She lives in Chicago, Illinois.
Amy Westrup, Principal

Amy Westrup is a Principal of Shift Worldwide. She has 15 years of marketing & public relations experience, 11 in the Wisconsin professional services market. Over the course of her career, she has advised businesses, individuals and organizations and foundations on how to market and develop business as a representative of or to the legal community.
In addition to having started her own marketing consultancy, MKW Consulting, Amy previously served as the Director of Marketing & Communications of the Milwaukee Bar Association. Before joining the Milwaukee Bar Association, Amy was the Director of Marketing for Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP Attorneys at Law, with 33 attorneys and offices in Downtown Milwaukee and Delafield.
Amy has served on the Boards of the Wisconsin Legal Marketing Association, Corporate Casual Networking Group for Attorneys, CPA’s and Bankers, and The Wisconsin Heart Association Heart Ball. She has been an active volunteer and participant in the Milwaukee AIDS Walk. She is a member of the Wisconsin & National Public Relations Society of America, the National Legal Marketing Association, Saint Louis University Alumni Association, and Kappa Delta Alumni Association.
She has authored articles and presented to numerous marketing associations, bar associations and non-profit groups including the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, The Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators, The State Bar of Wisconsin, as well as private businesses, law firms and accounting firms on the topics of niche marketing, ethically marketing your practice, media relations, branding, public relations, and networking.
Amy is a graduate of Saint Louis University, having a BA in Communication/Public Relations. She lives in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin with her husband, attorney David Westrup and two daughters, Molly and Kathleen.
