The Shift Methodology

Shift Worldwide has developed the Shift Methodology that enables leaders to quickly assess and dramatically increase the likelihood of success in executing any strategic initiative.

Gear Shift

FIFTH GEAR

Fifth Gear is characterized by high-speed movement in one direction.  Your leadership team is close to achieving its success milestones, if not already having achieved them.  But could the organization be driving over the speed limit?  People within the organization could be reaping rewards, though they may become (or be) burned out.
If in Fifth Gear, leaders are likely pleased.  Things are going very well.  However, it makes sense to check in and facilitate a discussion of success factors, risks to the initiative and morale.

Shift Worldwide’s approach to Facilitation is recommended to maintain or move out of Fifth Gear.  Facilitation will bring people together to assess the success and risks to the initiative and solicit feedback that may be helpful in managing people and process to ultimate success.
