Shift Worldwide specializes in qualitative research – interviews with high-value subjects that often yield more information than just responses. Our approach to research includes assessing body language and tone as well as “digging deeper” for critical information, adding dimensions that yield remarkably insightful results.
Facilitation

Shift Worldwide’s approach to facilitation can make the difference in managing groups of people from conflict to commonality quickly, all while ensuring that relationships stay intact.
Training
Upgrading group or individual skill sets can be highly rewarding and productive…if what they are taught is focused and how they are taught is experiential. Shift Worldwide develops custom training for firms based on research, culture, goals and measurements. We never develop training that’s ”boring” – our training design involves all frequently so the experience creates both a powerful memory and changes in behavior.

Business Bed and Breakfast Leadership Retreats
Creating time and space to discuss and address critical business issues has never been more important. Shift Worldwide presents a compelling alternative to internally facilitated on-site or hotel-based corporate retreats: Business Bed and Breakfast.
A traditional Bed and Breakfast is a place of relaxation, reflection and relationship building. Business Bed and Breakfast takes that experience and applies it to leadership development and decision-making.
Shift Worldwide works with leadership teams who seek to develop consensus-led solutions to difficult business problems within this setting. We take a creative and experiential approach to problem solving and decision making, ensuring a markedly different and more positive environment within which to solve difficult business issues.
Working with you, our consultants will source an appropriate location for your retreat, whether nearby, elsewhere in your country or in another one far away. We then work to understand the goals and objectives of your retreat and will design an agenda, facilitate the discussion and create an experience that will not only solve problems and shift behaviors, but also energize the group.
Retreats typically last two or three days and are appropriate for a leadership team within a company or leaders from within an industry or cross-industry interest groups. Business Bed and Breakfast has a heavy focus on facilitation, but could also be an appropriate environment to conduct or discuss research, provide training or deliver coaching.
